சம்பந்தப்பட்டு இருக்கிறார்கள். இதில் அதிகமாக
மாட்டிக்கொள்வது ஆட்சியாளர்கள்தான். இவர்களுடைய பைத்தியம்
நாள் கணக்கில் கூட தொடரும்.
